S.I.S. - Electric Street Scooter 3100 Retro: 35 to 45 mph - Up to 55 miles
The Electric 3100 is a street legal electric powered moped / motorcycle running on 5 Silicon Gel Cell 35 AMP batteries and a 3100 Watt rear hub motor. The Electric 3100 E-Scooter will reach speeds up to 45 MPH and the driving distances can be up to 55 miles on a single charge + the battery life can be up to 5 years or recharged up to 500 times.

The Electric 3100 is a little smaller in size compared to the Electric-4000Li or Electric-5000Li. With front & rear hydraulic disc brakes, the stopping power of the  Electric 3100 will be both quick & safe. The built in direct drive transmission gives the 3100 a top speed of 45 MPH.

With the rising gas prices these days Electric modes of transportation are becoming an ever more affordable necessity versus traditional transportation.

The Electric 3100 is a DOT certified Motor Vehicle. This is Not A Toy Scooter. It is likely you will need a drivers or motorcycles license to operate this bike. Consult your local DMV for more details.

Each Electric 3100 includes a VIN and MCO certificate that you can take to your local DMV office in exchange for a Title (Pink Slip) and License Plate / Registration.
