including all the accessories and a full 1 year warranty on the motor.
This warranty covers factory defects and defaults only. The warranty does not cover labor,
parts or return shipping, and/or any common maintenance such as tightening your
chain or changing a tube if you get a flat tire. They also do not cover misuse
or broken parts caused by the user or by any other event. They will however
during the 90-day warranty period, provide free replacement parts less shipping
if your scooter has any defects. Lifetime tech support over the phone or email
is also available via the manufacturer as well.
SCOOTERS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED WITHIN THE FIRST 7 DAYS FROM RECEIPT AND MUST BE
IN PERFECT CONDITION, UNUSED AND AUTHORIZED BEFORE BEING RETURNED. A 15%
RESTOCKING FEE MAY BE APPLIED ON ALL RETURNED ITEMS. Be assured that every
precaution has been taken to make sure you receive a perfect condition scooter,
but sometimes things happen that may require the scooter to be repaired or
replaced.
